For orders shipping to British Columbia, orders on 100+ only a handeling fee of 25 CAD will be applied.

Processing and Delivery Time
Bagages Mira retains the right to select an alternative shipping carrier to the one chosen by the customer at checkout to guarantee the highest level of service.
Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing and shipment. Orders placed after 12 pm will be processed the following business day.
Kindly note that this processing time is in addition to the estimated delivery time provided by Canada Post, which will be displayed at checkout.
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, processing and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. During peak seasons such as back-to-school or holidays, shipping timelines may be delayed by the carrier. We are not responsible for such delays.

Tracking Number
Once a shipping label is purchased from the carrier, a tracking number will be automatically sent to the customer for tracking purposes. Rest assured, we strive to prepare and dispatch orders as promptly as possible.
Cancellation Policy for Shipping Orders
Customers may request a cancellation for their shipping order before receiving the tracking number. Once the order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you must follow our return process upon receiving the item. Please note that the item will be treated as a returned item, and the entire process will be subject to our Refund Policy.
In-Store Pickup
Customers opting for in-store pickup are required to provide the following personal details upon arrival:

- Last Name
- ID (mandatory for pickup)
- Contact Phone Number
- Signature
These details will be collected via a mandatory form that the customer must sign upon pickup.
Cancellation Policy for In-Store Pickup
Customers who have selected the in-store pickup option have a one-week window to cancel their order. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within seven days of placing your order by contacting us at bagagesmira@gmail.com.
After the one-week period, cancellations may not be possible as we aim to promptly prepare orders for pickup to ensure timely service for all our customers.
Address Verification
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. To ensure accuracy, customers should verify their address in the Canada Post system here.
Return Policy for Incorrect Address
If the order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order to the correct address.
