Refund policy

You purchased something and not satisfied with? no problem you can send it back to us.

We offer our customer 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are valid ONLY in Canada, International returns or exchanges are not acceptable.

If return is requested after return policy period (after14 days), unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at bagagesmira@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a Return ID Number and RAN (Return Authorization Number), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs for Returns:


Please note that the shipping cost is non-refundable, meaning the customer will receive a refund for the cost of the item(s) ONLY. If the order had free shipping when placed, the shipping fee for the return will be deducted from the total amount paid by the customer, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

If the customer is returning one or two items from an order with multiple items, the shipping fee charged to us by the carrier for the return will be deducted from the total amount paid by the customer.

If the item(s) is/are out of stock or not available when you make your order (rarely happens), we will notify you by email or phone as you provided at checkout. Customers have the right to replace the non-available item(s) with another one, ask to refund it/them or cancel the whole order. Response is supposed to be received within 48h, if not, we will automatically refund the missing item(s) and send the rest of the order (if applicable).

If you picked up your order and you want to return it back, you have to return it to store directly at: 6869 Rue St.Hubert, Montreal, QC. H2S 2N1.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order once you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges


The easiest way to exchange your item(s) is to email us at bagagesmira@gmail.com or chat with us directly from our website. When an order is still under process or not shipped yet, we can make changes on it and send you an updated order. If your order is shipped or received, we recommend returning the item(s) you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item(s). The shipping cost for exchange is non-refundable after expedition and deductible from the refundable total if the order was under free shipping conditions. After we receive the item(s) the customer wants to exchange and after issuing the refund, we can start the exchange process. The exchange process is considered a completely new order; if new item(s) are under $100, the shipping fee will be added to the exchange order. We offer free shipping if the new item(s) are $100+.

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
